PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE

Welcome to the official website of the Gamma Zeta Chapter of Iota Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc. 

 I am humbled to serve as President of this glorious chapter. A new year is upon us, bringing with it new opportunities, new challenges and—I can confidently predict—a new list of accomplishments for our Sorority and for the member of the Gamma Zeta chapter. I am humbled, and grateful to lead this chapter—and I look forward to yet another year of learning, serving our communities, scholarships, and  together, furthering the reach of Business and Professional development and training. Wholeheartedly, living up to our mission, we will work together to maximize all we know about the role and true impact of empowering women, our youth and the community. 

Chartered April 1956 by 7 forward-thinking women, the Gamma Zeta Chapter has consistently made a positive impact in our local communities for over six decades. An award-winning chapter, our members strive to continue our legacy- of growing a sisterhood of qualified business and professional women who will encourage, inspire, nurture, and assist persons engaged in business vocations.

Let us pledge to make the upcoming year one of record growth in membership, scholarship and furthering opportunities for the training of our members, and the community. I look forward to leading us in this exciting, challenging time and ask you to come along with me to make Iota Phi Lambda Sorority Inc, and the Gamma Zeta chapter the exceptional standard.

We have withstood the test of time and will continue to have great pride in ourselves by following in the footsteps of our Founders and remain in the forefront of action as a voice to encourage, empower and promote women in business, our youth and community.
